Imposter Syndrome is a condition marked by the feeling that all of your accomplishments are a mistake or a fluke. It’s the unshakable feeling that you’re a total fraud and everyone will notice one day. These feelings are not objectively true but they persist in your psyche, making life more difficult than it should be.
This zine is a short series of investigative questions that the author developed to investigate her own feelings of inadequacy and tendency to compare herself to others. It was created as a way to avoid unnecessarily negative thought patterns.
